Property Details

Are you in the market for the perfect home for yourself right now, but have high standards and a long list of must-haves?

This one-of-a-kind, stunning English Tudor is on one of the most desirable streets in the city, and it offers the best of what Hamilton has to offer.

It was built in 1930 and has approximately 2000 square feet above grade PLUS a 1-bedroom basement in-law suite with its own separate entrance. The home is filled with charm but lovingly renovated with top-quality modern conveniences, pot lights throughout (and permits!) over the years between 2017-2022.

A well-designed common space houses shared laundry.

The single-width garage is double deep (making for an amazing shop).

The main floor features two fireplaces, two living areas, a formal dining room, and an incredible chef-inspired kitchen. There are  high end appliances, cupboards with “drawers within drawers,” hexagon backsplash, and quartz counters.

Leaded glass and stained glass windows are some of the special touches that preserve the history of the property.

A beautiful built in bar / coffee area adds a feeling of luxury.

The principal bedroom has had an ensuite bathroom added for privacy and comfort.

On the second level, a walkout to a large terrace with pergola and string lights is a pleasant place to enjoy private time outdoors.

We often say this, but there’s no disputing the statement here:  There is truly nothing to do but move in and enjoy.

Memorial City JK-G8 Regular Track

Located at the corner of Main St. E. and Ottawa Street in East Hamilton. It is a beautiful building that opened on Saturday, October 18, 1919 by Prince of Wales (Edward). It was built as a memorial to the men and women who gave their lives in the World War I. Memorial school had the first indoor track in the city. It was in the basement of the school and in the later years was removed and was installed at the Armories where it was used for many years. It has a spacious Auditorium in the center of the school that was used for memorial services prior to the building of the cenotaph. In the early 1970’s, a second gym was built. In 1993 an addition (the Annex) was built that currently houses our library, computer lab, learning resource room, music room and other classrooms.  Want to learn more?

St. John the Baptist was built in 1929 but it is has a wonderful blend of modern and traditional elements. Recently there have been major renovations. Overall, the building full of character. While we are proud of the building, it is the people who make St. John the Baptist a great place to learn. We have approximately 310 students. We are very proud of their efforts. Our students are hard-working and cooperative. They are actively involved in the many extra curricular school activities and they lead many positive programs that enhance learning in our school.
